All data is transmitted over SSL/TLS encryption. Files are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage via AWS S3. Access to uploaded files is restricted through time-limited secure links.
However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
5. Data retention
Uploaded files are retained for 90 days after event completion, after which they are permanently deleted. Account data is deleted 30 days after account closure. Transaction and invoice records are retained for up to 7 years for legal and tax obligations, and contain only the minimum financial data necessary.
